THE COMPANY
Where are the cabinets built?
All cabinets are constructed in our shop in West Allis. Painting and staining is all done in house as well.
Can you take measurements for us?
We will come out to your home, field measure, and create a 3D rendering of your cabinets so you can envision them in your home. We encourage you to consider your lifestyle when determining where to put aspects of your cabinets (such as garbage pull out) so we can design around your way of life.
Can we see some of the work you have done?
We encourage you to view our online photo gallery or stop by our shop to see some of our current projects so you can see the quality of the cabinetry we build.
Do you have a showroom?
We encourage you to stop by Brew City Countertops & Millwork to view sample jobs, cabinet samples, etc.
THE VALUE
How much do cabinets cost?
Custom cabinets are typically 20% more than prefabricated, but they will outlast prefabricated cabinets.
What is the advantage of custom cabinets over boxed?
With custom cabinets, you have endless design options. One of the greatest benefits is that you can maximize the available space in your home and achieve a look as if your cabinets were original to the space. Prefabricated cabinets on the other hand typically require fillers since they are built for standard sizes and spaces.
While prefabricated cabinets are roughly 20% cheaper, custom cabinets offer more value since they are built to last, not on assembly lines. At Brew City Countertops & Millwork, we use quality materials for furniture grade cabinets that will stand the test of time in your home.
Do you use real wood?
Yes, we use a wide variety of wood species. All species are available, per your request.
Can you build new fronts for my existing cabinets?
Yes we can, depending on the condition of your cabinets.
What is the warranty on your cabinets?
We offer a 1 year warranty on custom cabinets.
THE PROCESS
How long does it take to complete the cabinets?
About 5 weeks which includes standard finishing.
I want to add to existing cabinets. Can you match cabinetry I already have?
Yes we can, however sun fading can be a factor with stained, but not painted cabinets.
How is the interior of cabinets finished?
Finishing options for the interior of your cabinets are the same as the exterior. All options are available, such as real wood or melamine, depending on your preference.
What is your payment schedule?
We typically receive half down prior to start and final payment upon installation.
Can I come by the shop to see my project in process?
Yes, you are more than welcome to stop by Brew City Countertops & Millwork to see your project at any time.
